A few key items for you before the round.
- Safety first.
- Rain is in the forecast so dress for the weather.
- Please watch your footing, there are a few small stumps yet to be cleared from the course.
- A turf teepad will be placed immediately to the left of the Blob Tower for Hole #2. No one should throw over the pond from the concrete teepad during competition. (Feel free to try after the round).
- This is not a PDGA sanctioned event, but do play by PDGA rules with the exceptions below.
- OB is a bit different for this round. Only discs that are completely surrounded by water within a creekbed or the pond are OB and are assessed a stroke penalty.
- To prevent erosion of creekbanks and the pond's edge, if your disc falls inside the banks of the creek but does not go OB, you must take your disc to the top of the bank of the creek (or pond) and move it no more than 2 meters from the top of bank.
- If your disc crosses water and rolls back into the creekbed or pond, whether OB or safe, you may advance your disc to the top of the bank, and then 2 meters further from the top of bank, to continue play, rather than moving it backwards along the line of flight.
- Use UDISC Leagues to record your score. Search for the LoCo Monthly with tomorrow's date and add everyone on your card. If you don't have Udisc, it is a free app for your phone.
