The last day for a required full refund was September 17, 2021. Full refunds (minus a $10 handling fee) are now only required if your spot is filled by another player. I have the discretion to give full or partial refunds, based on the reason for the refund request.

Hi Josiah - Use the the UDisc layout titled "2021 Challenge At Goat Hill-FPO". I will be posting an updated version of the Front tees on UDisc either today or tomorrow. I was out at the course on Saturday going over the layout with the course manager. They have been doing a lot of landscape renovation work and have temporarily removed some of the disc golf tees during construction, so we will have some temporary tees being used. I'll also send out an email to all registered players either today or tomorrow with details on the tee locations for all holes.

MA3 is an amateur division, so they receive the player's pack. Since all players will have golf carts to ride in/drive for the tournament, caddies aren't necessary. I'll have to check with Goat Hill about spectators (who will not be able to get carts - players need them all!). My expectation is that they won't want non-players or staff out on the course, for liability reasons.

Something's up - I will contact PDGA. When you signed up for Open and were still on the MA1 list there was an error message that there were two entrants with the same PDGA#. I think it blocked your Open listing at that point, but hasn't added you in now that there's no MA1 with the same #. I'll see what I can find out.

Hi Tessa - There is no limit on the number of players who can sign up for the two divisions we are offering. The Goat Hill Park course is very long and hilly and the experience I have had with running disc golf tournaments there for over ten years is that it isn't a good course for FA2/3/4 players. Notice that we also don't offer Men's Novice or Junior divisions. The course is not well-suited for players at those levels. We have to be able to maintain pace of play in order to get everyone through their rounds before the sun sets, which is hard to do when players are making over 100 throws across the 9,000 foot course. If we had placed a cap on the number of women players who could sign up for FPO or FA1 you would be justified in complaining about equity, but there is no such limit. Any woman who wants to can sign up to play FPO or FA1.

I'll be going out to the course on Sunday to check all of the tees. I believe a temp tee has been marked on hole 12. On 17, the tee will be from the grass on the lower shelf just in front of the golf tee. 18 should have a turf tee in place unless it was moved when they added more grass. That tee should be next to the first palm tree on the right side of the fairway.

We will be playing the "Regular Daily Layout" that is on UDisc. I have been told there is currently some construction going on on Hole 12's golf tee pad, where the disc golf tee had also been located. There is a temporary tee down on the lower fairway of Hole 12 (which makes the hole a much shorter par 4). I don't know yet whether the tee will be back in it's normal position by the time of the event. Please practice from the temp position for now. If there are other tees you could not find, please let me know which ones.

Hi Steven - Registration is open for volunteers from last May's Silver Series event. General registration will open on Saturday (9/4) at 2pm. There will be a generous number of spots available on Saturday.
