Players of The Centennial Park 2026 Championship!
The day is finally here. After continuously watching the sign up page, ordering snacks, throwing discs, and writing lengthy blocks of text, we have come to The Centennial Park 2026 Championship. Only one of you (per division) will be able to claim royalty of Centennial Park. I hope you're excited to participate and have a wonderful time. This is an exciting moment, and welcome to your player's email.
A few housekeeping notes to remember:
- Our check in code for PDGA Live will be cent26. Remember that everyone is required to keep a scorecard on PDGA Live
- Our round 1 tee time is at 9am. At 8:30am I will call everyone to our check-in table for final announcements and the important and necessary Degenerate Selfie. Please make sure to check in at our check in table before your start time!
- We will have water in coolers for you throughout the course. Feel free to take what you need if you get thirsty!
- After the last card comes in for round 1, we will take approximately a one hour break before the second round. We will post our start time on Discord, DiscGolfScene, and hopefully we can push a notification on uDisc.
- Round 1 will be in the A layout, round 2 will be in the B layout. We will switch baskets into the B layout during the lunch break.
- Payouts will be distributed via online voucher for AstroDiscsTX.com within 48 hours of completion of the event.
- We will have various CTPs throughout the course, which will be marked with flags. These are free CTPs that everyone can participate in. These CTPs will be in play for both rounds, and both the front 9 and back 9. Please do not remove CTPs between rounds.
- After round 2, we will announce our winners of the divisions and distribute trophies, as well as hand out CTPs and superlative awards.
- There is no ace pot for this event.
