Some things to note - We are playing 5 person cards. Be spotting as your card throws, and please be mindful of pace. With different cards playing different tees, we will naturally have some backups, but let's stack hands on taking a fair amount of time each shot, but not holding everyone up.
We will have water on the course for everyone on each course we play. As of this moment, hole assignments are posted. We are teeing off at 8:30am. I will be set up at Echo Valley by 7:30am with player pack discs. We have a variety of limited edition discraft to choose from. I will leave that station around 8:15am. You need to be at your hole around 10 minutes before you tee off. Some of you will have longer walks. Please take this into account when preparing in the morning. No amount of traffic or bad fortune will get you out of strokes for being late. If you don't grab your players pack disc before the round, you can grab it after the tournament is over at our proshop that will be set up at Arthur O for payouts. We will give around 1.5hrs after the last card finishes round 1 before we start round 2. We will post that information and email everyone once that time is set.
If you somehow end up with less than 3 players to start, give me a call so we can get that sorted out. If someone doesn't show, just give them par +4 until PDGA asks you to remove them. Shoot me a message if this happens.
The PDGA scoring code is CC24. EVERYONE is required to keep score. Please download the app, or go online to pdga.com/score to do so.
Ace pot is up to $180. If no ace is hit we will donate the ace pot to a new course being built at Snyder Park in Springfield!
9 $30 CTPS will be out for those who opted in.
Echo -2,5,6
Fairborn - 5,8,16
AO - 7,9,14
Echo and Handyman are in good shape. We have had to remove some branches and trees for this weekend. Arthur O will be recovering from the fair they just had. Please pay attention to the PDGA live scoring app to know all hole particulars before you throw. Arthur O has some lines painted that do not play with our event.
All Open division payouts will be digital. All Amateur payouts will be able to use their payouts on site after the third round or on our website teamidlewild.shop
I think that is everything! It is going to be a hot and long tournament, so please bring snacks, water, or whatever you need to stay healthy. Thanks again for the support and playing our events. Good luck to all!
