Here's the posted schedule. We'll do our best to keep things as close to on schedule as we can. If you arrive early, come on in to the pavilion and we'll start checking you in, even if we're still getting things around.

You can also still buy additional raffle tickets tomorrow! The prizes for the raffle will be on display in the Pavilion for you to check out. They include various items including Gift Cards to Combat Ops's Arcade in Fort Wayne thanks to a generous donation from Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana and an MVP Black Hole Pro which retails for $160!

This year we have added a new hole after the usual Hole 9. All of the other holes are largely the same as last year. We'll play 13 holes through twice for a total of 26 holes! I have attached a course map and notes on Out of Bounds and Mandatory Routes can be found below. Also attached are example scorecards that have the hole lengths listed. I have also added the tournament layout to uDisc. Camp Lutherhaven is hidden from Udisc unless you search for the name "Camp Lutherhaven". The layout "2025 Moose Mulligan Layout" is this year's tournament layout with hole notes.

We will go over some basic rules and things before dismissing everyone to their holes, but if you are a beginner or want a refresher on how Out of Bounds and Mandatory Routes are handled, here are two short videos that explain it.

Your group will help determine rulings for these. Keep in mind that we're all out here to have fun!

This year's event will be the biggest one so far! Please do your best to keep things moving on the course. If you lose a disc, please do not spend too long looking for it during the round. If you need to, you can grab a loaner during your round once you're near the pavilion. We will have a spot to turn in lost and found discs so someone else might find it during their round and turn it in. After we're done, spend all the time you need looking.

First, I want to thank our new Presenting Sponsor, Leaders Staffing!

Second, I want to announce that if you're wanting to play the course before the event, you are able to play tomorrow, Monday October 13th. The course will also be available on Friday October 17th from 2pm-6:30pm. These are the times where Camp Lutherhaven does not have school or rental groups. Tomorrow, only the permanent 9 holes will be available. My helpers and I will be at Camp on Friday setting things up so the temporary holes may be available depending on where we're at with setting those up.

I lost a disc on hole 13 in the water’s edge by all the lily pads. If anyone from camp is out on a kayak and finds it, I would love to get it back! It’s a pale yellow disccraft cyclone with a red foil stamp that is mostly worn off. It’s like 30 years old and it’s one of my favorite discs. My initials and phone number are written on the back in sharpie.

Hello, me and my cousin signed up a couple weeks ago for the beginners bracket under the team name relatively good. Something came up a little over a week ago and we won’t be able to make it. We have been trying to go through the refund process for awhile now and it’s not working. I was wondering if there is something you could do to help or if it’s to late we understand
