"The high event price is due to green fees and a sweet players pack. Get registered before it sells out!!!"
Well, after indicating my size for a hoodie that never materialized....A BIT OF A BUZZ KILL. No follow through on the players pack and many players were talking about the missing sweatshirts both days....You should not let this happen again. It makes the event look bad.
It is a beautiful course. It's a good cause to support. Just don't make promises you don't intend to keep. Be better.

Is a partial refund possible for those of us with brooktrails annual passes? Since some our payment is toward the "green fees"

Is the clubhouse good at providing food for lunch at these kinds of events, or are we better off bringing our own?

if people preorder then they can have things better prepped for everyone. Only 20 people said on the registration that they were interested in lunch. 80 people bought burgers. That's a big difference. Preordering will help with everything.

What is the schedule for the event? When should we expect the schedule to be posted?

Less than a week away and we still have no idea about important info like schedule, layout, practice or anything else along those lines.

Seeing that this is a 20 hole layout, will it be similar to the layout for the Brooktrails Open last September minus the campsite holes across the street?

it will be close to the same but with a few changes to the back maintenance area of the course and some other minor tweaks

I'm sorry for the entry and immediate withdrawal. It's a long way for me to travel for a tourney where I can't possibly win any costs back. Good luck, this sounds like a worthwhile cost!

XC tiers still have rated rounds correct?

Yes it is still rated. XC just lets you know that it is a charity event and the payouts(if any) will be small.
