The gentleman (looked a bit like the monopoly guy) who works at the Big Meadows was leaving Sunday and looking for Andy… I was also leaving so walked out with him. That man praised the entire event and all of the players!! He said “you guys just keep showing up and following dress codes and behaving like you do, and soon we will be hosting dg tournaments up on the upper course (glaze meadows I assume)! Keep it up!” He was stoked on how it turned out.

Big props to the TD, the most responsive one I’ve come across in my many tourneys; a true gentleman, scholar, and all around nice gent.
Thank you for the Blitz!! Will be back again and again and again blah blah .

If you are still looking for a place to stay, I have an option for you. We have a cabin in Tollgate (two miles west of Sisters) that I was planning on staying in for the tournament...but I ended up staying somewhere else. It is a 3 bedroom house (all queen size beds) with an extra twin bed on the loft. $150 a night, plus $100 for cleaning. Split it with friends, much cheaper than a hotel...and you have a place to hang out and cook. Text me if interested (Matt: 503-957-3307)

• All other divisions will play the SHORT layout.
• Registration closes at 6pm Wednesday. After that time, any refunds will be 50%.

A few changes:
• This year we'll be going to 10-minute intervals (first 2 years were 12 minutes). Every card will need to keep a good pace.
• After some discussion, I plan to have MA1s play from the long tees.

Here's the order:
MP50: 8am
MP40: 8-9
MPO: 9-11
MA1: 11:30-12:30
FP40/FA1: 12:30

• LODGE DOUBLE QUEEN: $159
• LODGE STANDARD KING $169
• ASPEN SUITE w/fireplace: $209

LODGING TAX: Nightly rates are subject to a 10.5% lodging tax at the time of check-in.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: Check-in for the hotel is 4:00pm; checkout is 11:00am.
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: A credit card is required to hold a reservation. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, one night of lodging and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. A confirmed guest who fails to arrive on their scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show”, charged one night of lodging with tax and their entire reservation will be cancelled.
