This email was sent out today. I just want to make sure everyone playing got the message. See you tomorrow!

Hello everyone! We're excited to have you attend the Black Swan tournament at Cameron Park Lake. Here is some information for you.

As we all know, it's gonna be HOT! So, to try to beat the heat, we'll start check-ins at 7:30 am and start the first round at 8:00 am. We'll have sandwiches and margaritas for lunch, with vegetarian options as well. We want this to be an enjoyable tournament for everyone, so we will monitor the heat and take a group decision regarding a 2nd round after lunch.

Parking is included with your registration, so don't worry about that. If there is an attendant at the gate, just let them know you are with the tournament and we'll take care of the rest. Thank you for attending the Black Swan! Feel free to reach out with any questions.
