Mandatory Check-In:
If you could check in at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time we would appreciate it. This will ensure that we know you are onsite, and we can make any necessary adjustments prior for any no shows. Delaware's legendary Bill Yerd will be at hole 1 each day to ensure you are checked in and to send groups out on the course. For those that do not know Bill he is one of our three founding members of the Delaware Disc Golf club, experienced tournament director and a tournament official.
Scoring:
Scoring will be handled through the PDGA live scoring app. As many of you know two competitors must keep score to ensure accuracy. Our preference is two players be logged into the app but you may opt to use paper or UDisc as a back up. Paper scorecards will be available upon request. All players must verify their scores prior to submitting them.

Password: sent via email to all register players, & will be available at hole 1.

All standing water on the course or within creeks is casual and players can opt for casual relief by marking your lie at the first available spot directly in the line of play.
Cards will be a mix of three and four players per tee time. We will not be mixing divisions.
We have spotters on several of the holes with blind shots, dog legs and out of bounds.
Drinking water will be on the course at several holes but it is advised that you prepare by bringing refreshments and snacks with you.
Lost discs – if you cannot locate your disc EVERYONE in the group MUST assist and a clock/timer MUST be used. After the 3-minutes the disc is considered lost, and that player will receive 1 penalty stroke and must return to their previous lie. If you find the disc after 3 minutes, it is still considered lost.
No two-meter rule in effect this weekend.
Weather or Lightening Delays:
In the event of any potentially hazardous weather or lightning please listen for multiple blasts from an air horn. Mark your approximate lie and move off the course. The pavilion has been reserved for the event as an area of refuge and as an area for players to hang out and relax.

Tee Time Format
FP50, FP40, FPO, MP60, MP50, MP40, MPO
No FP50 or FP40... but 9 is FPO and like 6 in MP60. Our division will be like the 6th tee time I am betting... so like 920-930 start for our group.
Now it's 12 in FPO and 5 in MP60. So it depends on whether there are 3 to a card or 4 to a card.
Either way, MP60 will tee off before 9. That's ok, though, since we "oldsters" are always up before the chickens anyway!
Thanks for the info Sam and the commentary Bill...
Order will be FPO, MP60, 50, 40, then MPO. Tee times start at 8am so 60/50’s should tentatively start at around 8:50-9am.
