JPP rules/ caddy book for birdie derby:
Hole 1: path and beyond OB, road and beyond OB
Hole 2: road and beyond OB
Hole 3: path and beyond OB, road and beyond OB
Hole 4: Plays as an island with path and beyond OB on all sides. From long pad cascade to short if you do not cross inbounds. If you crossed in bounds but end up OB from either pad play it from your last spot in bounds.
Hole 5: path and beyond OB
Hole 6: teepad is throwing from OB, you must cross the sidewalk in front of you to be in bounds. If you do not cross the first sidewalk between tee box and basket, proceed to the edge of the path and throw from DZ. Path and beyond to the left is OB, road and beyond is OB.
Hole 7: path and beyond OB
Hole 8: path and beyond OB
Hole 9: path and beyond OB, road and beyond OB
