I am unfortunately not able to play tomorrow - does the tourney director see this post and process the withdrawal/refund or is there another way to contact them? Anyone able to help? Just want to make sure someone else can utilize my spot

Thank you

Evan Taylor   May 19, 2019 at 1:37am

I never received a confirmation email so I am not sure how else to contact (I guess because I was waitlisted at first?)

Brandon Greiner   May 19, 2019 at 1:39am

Not too sure

Brandon Greiner    May 18, 2019 at 10:23pm

Evan M Taylor   May 19, 2019 at 2:04pm

Where do you live at?

Brandon Greiner   May 19, 2019 at 11:06pm

At least you didn’t get really mad over a simple misunderstanding

Patrick Quicci    May 17, 2019 at 5:58pm

I need to drop out of the tournament. I had a death in the family and won’t be able to attend. Is it too late to request a refund?

Sorry you can’t make it man! Refund will be processed! Join us for the Skeeter Heater in August!!

Jeffrey King    May 16, 2019 at 9:15pm

When will the course layouts / caddy books be posted please?

David W. Nelson   May 17, 2019 at 1:17am

Hi Jeff! The caddy book is posted on our Facebook page, Middle TENNESSEE Disc Golf Association. We will have a map and layout for you at the tournament also

David W. Nelson   May 17, 2019 at 1:27am

Disc golf scene is acting weird about uploading photos for some reason. If you don’t have access to Facebook, text me at+16156036553 and I’ll text you a picture of the caddy book

Tyler Einecker    May 15, 2019 at 3:04am

Hello! This is my first ever tournament and I am so excited for the opportunity to play! I do have a question, based on reading the about section, if I am participating in the recreational division will I need to attend both Saturday and Sunday? Is there a benefit for being there for both days? Are doubles just for Saturday? Any clarification is much appreciated and I apologize if these are really novice questions.

Collin White   May 15, 2019 at 4:02am

Saturday is just for dubs. The benefit will be getting to see and play the temporary course before Sunday, but it is totally optional!

David W. Nelson   May 15, 2019 at 10:12am

Thanks Collin! Yes, the Saturday before is an optional “bring your own partner” doubles. If you don’t have a partner and want to play, I would just show up... there’s usually a handful of people there looking for a partner. See you there!

Jason Wagner    May 14, 2019 at 11:55am

Hey Jason, the tournament filled yesterday. I’ll put you on the waitlist. Maybe there will be a couple of drops.

Jason Wagner   May 15, 2019 at 9:56pm

Yeah I just happened to check today and saw your message

Miranda Callebs    May 6, 2019 at 8:01pm

What will happen if I am the only lady signed up for advanced women? Will I play with rec men?

David W. Nelson   May 6, 2019 at 8:35pm

Hi Miranda! This tournament always fills up, and usually we have enough women to fill the women’s divisions. If for some reason there is a only a couple in intermediate and advanced, we will group y’all together as Amateur Women. Hope to see you out! I’d love to see a big ladies turnout!

Shaun Senn    May 5, 2019 at 9:25pm

Was there a cutoff date to sign up to receive a players pack?

David W. Nelson   May 6, 2019 at 8:36pm

No cutoff date! All AMs will receive a players pack with 3 discs, a shirt, mini, stickers, metal pin and a few other goodies!

David Klein    May 1, 2019 at 2:42pm

David W. Nelson   May 1, 2019 at 3:38pm

Sorry Doug, will change it ASAP

David W. Nelson   May 4, 2019 at 3:26am

You have been moved to MA60!

Daniel Parish    March 19, 2019 at 2:08pm

Are the Inter & Rec players teeing from the same pads?

David W. Nelson   March 21, 2019 at 1:00am

In this tournament, all of the tee pads will be the same for all players. The original Barfield is 6000 feet. The temp course will provide a little bit of a challenge. Hope to have you out!

David W. Nelson   May 4, 2019 at 3:30am

Hi Daniel, I remembered your question and thought I would update you—- Since there will be many holes this year that add a considerable amount of distance, we have decided that Recreational, Women, Juniors, and 60+ will have shorter alternate tee pads. Intermediate will tee off from the same pads as Advanced and Open divisions

Daniel Parish   May 9, 2019 at 1:22am

Thanks for the update, sounds good.

Jim Elkins    March 2, 2019 at 2:37am

Can we please be very clear about on this year. Paint or ropes... muchly appreciated

David W. Nelson   March 2, 2019 at 4:10am

We were definitely aware of the unclear OB on the one hole on the Temp Course last year. All OBs will be clearly marked and on your players caddy book.
