Registration closed at 8pm. Those still on the waitlist, it is up to you if you want to chance coming out to the park in the morning to see if PERHAPS someone dropped from the event. If there are no drops, I can refund you at the closure of player check-in.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning. Please look for a sign/banner for WC Glow tomorrow morning. There is a 5K racer tomorrow in the park as well, and THEY will likely occupy most of the normal disc golf parking. We intend to set up in the parking lot near the pavilion on the right BEFORE you reach the disc golf parking lot. Please look for a large whiteboard and/or WC GLOW Banner top help you find us for player check-in.

We have a package of handwarmers we are providing you at check-in....it will be a little colder in the morning tomorrow and we want you to feel comfortable throwing during the first round.

Official score is the digital version but paper copy can be utilized as well. Players keeping score on paper will need to submit their accurate paper scorecard at the conclusion of their round. Scores should be confirmed after each hole as well as when you are done prior to being submitted.

Please check with TD to make sure scores are received or if there are questions before starting lunch or at the end of round 2.

Round 1 Tee Off at 9:20 am
Tee Assignments
MPO, MP40, MA1, MA2…LONG
Everyone Else……………SHORT

Round 2 Tee Off: ~45 min from last card
Tee Assignments:
MPO, MP40, MA1……….LONG
Everyone Else……………SHORT

OB on the course:
Completely On/over paved path
Completely over park fence line - (Ex: hole 7, 8 and 12)
Water/collection pond - Hole 15 is considered OB

50-50 is on: HOLE 4 (Stays for both rounds)
Ace Pool: if no aces are recorded during the event, we will do a throw off after round 2.

45 min break for lunch (this time starts when THE LAST CARD from round 1 is submitted/finalized)
I will post on disc golf scene AND announce in the parking lot when that last card is turned in.

PAYOUTS will be started after the 2nd round when YOUR ENTIRE division is finalized.
