Pins will be the same for all divisions. Last check the front was in long position and the back was in short position. I will be at the course tomorrow and will update then.

All of my flex start events get a custom disc. For this one and the next one, they are putters (Dynamic Discs is out of everything else at the moment)

Yes, this a flex start event. No, rain will not delay the tournament. Lightning will for 30 minutes (or until chance of lightning passes).

Sorry should have been more clear. So if I sign up for this tourney I know most work with pairings or shotgun start do I have to know people to put a card together or will you guys do that

It isn't shotgun start, you don't have to put a card together, you can just show up at the time you want to play and meet other people who want to play at that time.

I have a friend who isn't a pdga member. Can they still play this or do they need to get registered as a member?

They can definitely play, there is a $10 non-pdga fee.
