Hey Rewthie! The WTF Open (technically it stands for Women Throwing Frisbees!) is the season finale of the 2024 Wildflower Disc Golf Tour. The tour is a series of all women's events that we run throughout the year spanning Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. The tour is run by Krissie Fountain, Stephanie Vincent, Renae Farr, and Des Reading and we partner with amazing women TDs in Texas throughout the year to help us execute the events. Including WGE, we have NINE events on the calendar this year and we only have 3 left :) The finale, The WTF Open, is at a private course called The Ranch in Waelder, TX about an hour outside of Austin. It is a 2 day B-Tier with $750 minimum added cash to the pros. This year on Saturday evening, we are hosting a player banquet/dinner before the player party to crown our season winners along with a few other impactful awards that have been earned through the season. The course is fantastic and there is camping so it makes for a really fun atmosphere, the perfect way to end our season. If you're considering traveling for an out of state event, this is an amazing choice and we would LOVE to have you!
