Not mandatory (especially for the pros), but it's the preferred spot for amateurs to pick up their player packs. Important note, if you were unable to select a shirt size on your registration, extra sizes will be first come, first served there. Also, you'll probably miss out on some fun! :) If you can't make it Thursday, we'll have player packs available for pick up Saturday night at the player party or Sunday at voucher redemption (both at Logan).

My two cents (for whatever it's worth) is that whatever date is set for this to be decided, should allow one day thereafter for withdrawals with 100% refund, as the changes that you make could very much impact people's choices, and to make changes after the withdrawal date of receiving a 100% refund kind of seems unfair. As someone who runs a club I do see it from both sides, but it also only seems fair also to give people the chance to get a full refund if you were to move them to a different pool and change courses entirely, as for some people, that is a big factor in the division they choose (in a case like this where so many courses are in play). For example, we have two women in FPO as of now and are set to play different baskets than the rest of our pool. Just like last year, this means that we would have to have some sort of Marshall or random person playing with us to make it feel like a normal round. You could very easily opt to move the FP40 player to our pool (which makes so much sense on paper and would make things so much easier!) but if that player does not want to play those courses then it would be unfair seemingly to move them to that pool after the 100% withdrawal date has passed. This is just one scenario and example obviously. Just food for thought really. I support you guys and appreciate everything that you do but would like to give another perspective.

We'll definitely have a lot to consider if we decide to do it, we're just not totally ruling it out since the sign ups are lower that usual. It's kind of a "cross that bridge if we get there" situation, especially since players tend to sign up later and later these days. Thank you so much for the thoughtful response!
