Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Report was finalized last Tuesday so I frankly have no idea why it magically went back to being unfiled. Report has been filed again and sincere apologies if the ratings don't appear tomorrow but I'll be blunt when I say blame the PDGA because that's a rather egregious technical error on their part.

Does any cell carrier actually have service at Paint Creek or Hillsboro? Last time I was out 2 or 3 years ago t-mobile and ATT didn't work. Currently I have Spectrum/Verizon.

Last year at PC campground we had little to no signal. On the course we had some signal.

I noticed that on the pdga page it says ma1 will be playing the black jack layout, which I would assume is paint creek? Just looking for clarification as it says in the about section on this page that Ma1 plays veterans first.

Yeah admittedly I'm not sure why but "Blackjack Layout" does indeed mean Paint Creek

On hole four I noticed that the OB flags were after the path will players be required to make it past the path?

Yes that hole will function as a par 4 and an island hole with the island starting about 230 feet off the tee. Should you fail to land in the island there's a drop zone in the fairway where you would take your 3rd shot

Like Andrew said the flags start about 230 feet from the tee. I can confirm from checking with my range finder yesterday.

Actually there are quite a few hotels in Hillsboro.... which is quite a bit closer to Bainbridge where Paint is... and the other course is in Hillsboro itself.

We are at the Paragon Inn in Hillsboro. Reasonable price and close to both courses

For sure. If you cash in MPO you can accept merchandise instead, exactly like how the am divisions get paid out.
