In case of frost delay please do not walk on the grass. Once the frost delay is lifted please avoid areas of grass that appear to still be frosted over.
Everyone must check in before 10am 12/11/2020. At 10am anyone not checked in will risk losing their spot to someone on the waitlist.
Your cart partner and group will remain the same for the duration of the event.
Carts will be labeled with each player's name and starting hole. Players may load their equipment once carts are labeled.
Cart keys will be distributed 15 minutes prior to tee off. The driving range as well as the course are available for practice unless there is a frost delay. Carts are not allowed out on the course until 15 minutes prior to tee time.
All carts are to stay on the cart path at all times. The only exception will be when passing another cart from either direction. This exception only allows for 2 outside wheels to be allowed off from the pavement and into the grass. Be courteous when passing on shared cart paths (this is especially important on the short 9) limit the amount you drive in the grass.
Be considerate of where you park your cart while playing it is considered part of your equipment.
In the event of a 1st place tie the sudden death playoff loop will be hole 10, hole 18 until a winner is decided.
Only 2 people are allowed per cart. Absolutely no one is allowed to piggy back / ride on the front, back or either side of a cart. Violators will be disqualified.
Anytime you are at Holes 1, 10 or 19 you are welcome to stop for a break at the club house for food and refreshments. Groups are allowed to play through if they do not wish to stop and take a break.
Many holes have a defined fairway to keep players out of other fairways and improve speed of play. For these holes the cart paths define the playable area and a Relief Area (806.04). Relief areas are played the same as OB except there is no stroke penalty.
The players options are last place in bounds and previous lie.
In the event of heavy rain there are places which flood that are in bounds and can be quite deep and murky.

Players are not permitted in the Sandtrap room without approval from Tournament Staff. This does not include the snack bar / pro shop area.
Players should wear a mask at all times when indoors or social distancing is not possible.
No alcohol is allowed on the course. The concession stand cannot sell alcohol on Sunday.
Please leave a few dollars per person per day as a tip for the cart jockeys, take
all personal belongings with you each day, the carts are cleaned and charged each evening.
Food will be available for purchase from the front desk. Please consider supporting the venue by buying food.
Practice rounds are not included in your entry fee. If you wish to practice the course you must make a tee time, sign in at the desk and pay for your round ($15 To walk / $15 For a cart / per person).
Be courteous during practice days as you will be sharing the course with ball golfers, be an ambassador for our sport.
PDGA Live scoring will be used for this event and is the “Official scorecard” a backup method (paper card, udisc, etc) should be used in addition to the PDGA live scoring but only for backup purposes
This is a true amateur event, no payout for amateurs
Pro payout will be via cash

The same ones that were used the last few years. They are Discatchers. I believe they are they 28 chain Discatchers.
