The 15th Annual Solitude Open Presented by MVP Disc Sports will take place September 2,3,4, 2016 at the Epic and most beautiful Solitude Mountain Resort.

Prior to Aug 2nd full refund - 10% handling fee
8/3 - 8/18 = refund only if spot is filled. Am will receive players pack minus 10%, Pro’s will receive 50%
8/19 - 9/1 = refund only if spot is filled. Am will receive players pack minus 10%, Pro’s will receive 25%
I am reserving 25 spots for sponsors. Additional spots may become available; you are encouraged to get on the waitlist as any open spots will be filled according to the time stamp on your registration.
We will not be including all of the upper 9 holes this year. We are looking at a layout that may include holes A,B,H and I, but this is to be decided. Either way no other upper 9 holes other than A,B,H and I will be played.
There will be a cut for Sunday play for all Pro and AM divisions.
Amateur Event is Trophy only. The Players pack will be worth every dime!! Additional prizes may be awarded pending sponsorship.
Tournament structure:
Intermediate Players will play Friday and Saturday on the standard 18 hole layout with an alternative tee location for hole 18. On Sunday they will play the Standard 18 hole layout.
Professional and all other Amateurs will play as follows:
Friday: Layout to include three temp holes near the bottom, the standard 18 hole layout, plus TBD an additional 3 holes. The 3 additional holes are subject to change.
Saturday: Same as Friday with some alternative pin locations within the standard 18 layout.
Sunday: Will be a Safari layout TBD but will not include any uppers with the exception of possibly holes H and I.
The Cut will be as follows:
Any Division with 10 or less participants - the top 4 players plus ties make the cut.
Any Division with 11-16 participants - the top 8 players plus ties make the cut.
Any Division with over 17 participants - the top 50% plus ties of players make the cut.

Thursday 4-7 - or Friday morning from 6:30 - min 1 hour before tee time - we may do an impromptu doubles - but the lift is not running so less people want to do it
