Long drive out......long drive home.....worth every mile! Great tournament, but more than that I had the opportunity to be with great people doing a great thing. Thanks to all the Painesville regulars that put so much into helping this family, and to Drifters for their selfless giving, it was my privilege to be a part.

Greg Miller   November 18, 2018 at 12:44am

Chris will be running a new indoor putting league in Painesville. That's about all we know for now. Are you thinking of playing in two indoor leagues since you run the one in Euclid?

Larry Bright Jr.   November 18, 2018 at 4:52pm

i'm sure i'll make an appearance or three

Please note that the morning registration and player pack distribution will be at Drifter's Fly and Bait Shop on the hill on Main Street just past Sidewalk Cafe on the hill. Please park across the street in the Key Bank parking lot and walk across the street to Drifter's. If you need an address I can get you one. Feel free to call or text me (440)339-7691. I would love to hear from all of the guy's/gals I don't see every Sunday at league.

Got it

Ryan "Tex" Kimbro    October 30, 2018 at 6:57pm

FYI, all:
I will sponsor hole 3.
Chris I already spoke to you briefly about adding an element of a ‘faux island’ with hay bales and or paint round about circle 2’s edge (between 10-20m). If you don’t make the island on tee shot, you automatically go to designated (yet to be determined) drop zone. Leave comments/ feedback here.

Tex, we talked at the meeting last night about this and I highly doubt the park director will allow us to put hay bales on the course. Maybe an alternative would be using paint and small flags, like what Mickey would use for marking CTP's?

Ryan "Tex" Kimbro   October 31, 2018 at 2:20pm

Hay bales if procured will be placed and removed prudently.

Ryan "Tex" Kimbro   October 31, 2018 at 2:21pm

But if turd sticklers abide, paint and flags will work.

I may have a partner, but currently unsure. May have to get one day of if there is an even amount of people. May have to play stag!

Please know that if you don't have a partner it's ok. We can draw partners on the day of the tournament. This is a charity fundraiser for fun and community support. It's not like there is prize money. If you have any questions please feel free to call or text me.
