Tournament refund / cancellation policy Maple City Disc Golf, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to April 3, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee. Players who officially request to withdraw between April 4 and April 18, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between April 19 and May 1, 2025 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw on or after May 2, 2025 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack.
