All pools will have a separate Ace Pool. If no aces in any pool, the Ace Pool from that pool will be donated to E.D.G.E. Tennessee which goes towards funding non profit organizations (schools, churches, etc) that are looking to add Disc Golf to their curriculum.
A temporary membership to Morristown Landing allowing access to a majority of the Landing's activities. Access to amenities for dates June 12-14th, for either option would include: Sport Courts (Basketball, Pickleball) Walking Track Pool Fitness Center Climbing Wall (subject to availability) Showers/Lockerooms
Raffle tickets sales will be split 50/50 with the winners and Morristown-Hamblen Central Services - The Empty Stocking Fund that provides food baskets and toys to eligible, low-income families at Christmas. Prize will be issued in the form of an entry fee refund.
Each division will have it's own CASH buy-in option. $5 will give you a chance to win a CASH payout ctp. 100% of all funds will go towads ctp payout. Amount will be determined by the number of divisional buy-ins.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy 2026 PDGA REFUND POLICY in use for this event. Sponsor level players will receive their sponsor shirt, and the normal entry fee will be refunded per the PDGA policy as follows: Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee). Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 14 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 13 days (after May 19th) of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has to provide a 25% cash monetary refund. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. Amateur Players who drop out after April 20, will receive a 50% refund and the personalized shirt will be mailed to them. Amateur players who drop after May 19, will receive a 25% refund plus the Supercolor Buzzz disc and shirt will be mailed to them.
