Tournament refund / cancellation policy Te Umu Kaha Disc Golf and Timaru Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw from this event on or before September 18th will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between September 19th and October 2nd will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between October 3rd and October 17th will receive a 25% refund of their entry fee, minus PayPal fees and Disc Golf Scene fees Players who officially requested to withdraw from this event on October 18th are not entitled to a refund. 100% of any extras purchased will be refunded.
