How are you going to do tiers with women if there are only 3 of us? Will we all be grouped together instead of int/rec?

You can keep your groups how they are or you cna be grouped together. Im thinking thwre will be 3 more females signing up though. 2 int and 1 rec. But I never make the females move divisions unless they want to.
