Tomorrow is the big day! You can find your tee times at the PDGA event page. Please check in 15 minutes before your tee time so I know you're present. Pros, your projected payout is in the link toward the top of that page. I am pleased to announce this event has $69 added cash!
For this event, there is no cutline/thorn OB. Only over/inside fences, across asphalt, and in the pond will be OB. Otherwise, you play the disc as it lies. There are lost disc drop zones on every hole so that you do not have to throw from your previous lie if you lose a disc. They are marked with a stripe of white paint and two red flags. Where several drop zones are near one another (e.g., 4, 5, 18) they are marked with the hole number they belong to.
Remember: you have three minutes to search for a lost disc. Set a timer. Don't hold up groups behind you.
The menu tomorrow is:
Chicken-apple sausages
Beef Polish sausages
Parmesan and black pepper chicken sausages
Bacon-mushroom-Swiss chicken sausages
Impossible bratwursts
Chicken tacos
Buns are dairy-free. We have flour tortillas and some gluten-free tortillas (please only take if your diet needs you to). There will be an array of toppings and condiments, but no ketchup.
A side note about alcohol: do not drink during the round. It is a violation of PDGA rules and I will be forced to DQ you.
For the rest of the time, please be advised that alcohol is not allowed in the park. However, I consider that a matter between you and the park unless and until you make it the club and the event's problem, at which point I will also be forced to DQ you. I will personally be sticking to Trail Pass NA beer.
