Tournament refund / cancellation policy This tournament follows the PDGA’s general competition manual and major event-specific policies outline clear rules for withdrawals and refunds, with timing, waitlist status, and backfill availability determining the refund amount. General PDGA Rules (Competition Manual 1.03) Professional Disc Golf Association Waitlist fees: Paid more than $10 (on-refundable) → 100% refund minus up to $10 handling fee if not on the event list before registration/waitlist closure. Paid $10 or less (non-refundable) → no refund. Registered list withdrawals: ≥30 days before event: 100% refund minus $10 handling fee. 15–29 days before: 100% refund only if spot is backfilled from waitlist; otherwise 50% refund or player pack (minus shipping). Within 14 days of start: 100% refund only if spot is backfilled; otherwise 25% refund or player pack. Within 48 hours of start or after registration/waitlist closure → no refund. Event-specific examples (e.g., 2026 US Masters, 2025 Pro Worlds, 2025 Masters Worlds) Professional Disc Golf Association+3 Waitlist: Always 100% refund minus $10 non-refundable reg fee.
