Sponsors receive: •1 11x17 hanging "Garden Flag" sublimated with their logo and quote of choice, along with address & contact if requested - Sign hangs at the TeeBox of the selected hole on a metal sign holder. Most of the communities TCPR targets for free school clinics to help grow the sport, are low income across the island. It can be hard for struggling families to pay the entry fees for tournaments (especially A & B tiers) to join in the fun, or compete for a real chance to stand out in the sport on a global level. New TCPR 2026 Initiative Any unused sponsorship funds roll into a Junior Support Fund to cover future event entries throughout the season.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy Traveling Chains PR (TCPR) – Refund Policy Applies to DiscGolfScene Registrations Traveling Chains PR follows PDGA Recommended Refund Guidelines while adapting them to reflect the realities of event production in Puerto Rico, including custom player items, travel logistics, small-batch manufacturing, and federation pass-through fees. Refunds are tiered by event classification and include non-refundable administrative and customization components. Important Notes $10 Customization & Processing Fee •Each registration includes a $10 customization & processing fee that covers personalized items such as bag tags, jerseys, custom stamps, printed materials, and administrative costs. •This fee may be non-refundable depending on timing. •Once custom items enter production, this fee becomes non-refundable regardless of division or waitlist status. $5 Non-FPDG Member Pass-Through Fee •Players who are not active FPDG members are assessed a $5 pass-through fee per player. •This fee is remitted to the federation and is non-refundable under all circumstances. •This fee applies only to PDGA-sanctioned events. Refund Method •All approved refunds are issued through DiscGolfScene to the original form of payment. Shipping & Additional Charges •Any additional charges incurred for shipping player pack items must be paid separately and can be sent via PayPal to [email protected] No-Shows •Players who do not check in or compete are not eligible for refunds. Waitlist Fill Does Not Guarantee Refund •Even if a waitlist player fills your spot, customization, production, and pass-through fees may still apply. Event Cancellation •If TCPR cancels an event, refunds will follow PDGA guidelines and exclude non-refundable fees and any custom items already produced. 1. C-Tier Events (PDGA C-Tier) More than 30 days before event start •Refund of entry fee minus $10 customization & processing fee •$5 Non-FPDG Member Pass-Through Fee is non-refundable 15–30 days before event start •Refund of entry fee minus $10 customization & processing fee •$5 Non-FPDG Member Pass-Through Fee is non-refundable 14 days or fewer before event start •No refunds •Player pack items may be picked up or shipped at player expense, if arranged prior to the event Custom Items & Player Packs •Personalized items cannot be altered, refunded, or reissued once production begins. •Player pack items for withdrawn players will not be shipped automatically. •Shipping must be coordinated with TCPR prior to the event, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the player. Extraordinary Circumstances TCPR may review refund requests involving medical emergencies, family emergencies, or significant travel disruptions on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
