The FIRST stop on the 2020 Montana State Point Series!

We’re excited that despite all the madness 2020 has served up so far we’re going to be able to host the first stop on the MT Point Series with a 2-Day C-Tier at the famous Sward’s Ranch!

PDGA sanctioning is complete and the Event Page has been update with all current registrations

Dues to COVID restrictions, the tourney format will be a bit different this years.

All players in all divisions will play 1 21-Hole round with tee time starts on both Saturday and Sunday.

Double Canyon Layout - 21 Holes - Par 69:
For those familiar with the Ranch, this consists of Holes 1-11 of the West(Yellow) Course, Holes 12-18 of the East(Orange) Course, and finishing with “Bonus” Holes 19, 20, and 21(aka West 18). Other than a few minor tweaks from the Sward’s crew this spring, the layout will nearly identical to what was used for the Sunday round of the 2019 MT State Championships.

All amateur divisions will play for trophy only with a substantial player pack. Value of the player pack will be the entry fee net of PDGA/MT State Series/Land Access fees.

There will be no tourney central; players meeting/course rules/caddy book will be distributed digitally as well as a brief run down from your TD/starter before your tee time. No awards ceremony will be held. AMs can pick up their player pack before their tee time or after their round on either day. Pro payouts will have a few options: PayPal, cash for locals, or cashiers checks if necessary. Trophies will be distributed in varying ways depending on the location of the golfer.
