About this tournament

Ledgestone Disc Golf is running the second annual Supreme Flight Open in Brooksville, FL this spring. This will be a three round A-Tier held at The Quarry Disc Golf Course in Brooksville and Floral Park in Floral City. All divisions will use tee times for all three rounds.

Below is all the information for the event you will need!

Check-in and Player Pack Pickup:
- Thursday 2/26 at Olympus Disc Golf Course from 9:00AM to 7:00 PM.

Player Pack:
- 3 Discraft Discs
- Supreme Flight Open Shirt
- Tri Pod Stool
- Discraft Patch
- Sunglasses
- Zanfel

AM Payout:
Approximately 40% of AM players in each division will receive a payout voucher to the Ledgestone online retail store.

All competitors will participate in the same pool.

Course Schedule:
- Friday Rd 1: The Quarry
- Saturday Rd 2: Floral Park
- Sunday Rd 3: The Quarry

Layouts
- The Quarry: MA1 will play the Holes 2, 7, 11, 14, 16 from the long turf pads. All others will play them from temporary short pads.
- Floral Park: MA1, MA2, MA3, FA1, and MA40 will play the blue pads. All others will play the red pads. We will be skipping holes 7, 8, and 17.

Player Party/Dinner Information:
Player Party will take place at Olympus, Saturday 2/28 from 5pm-8pm at the main dinning tent. Players will not need a spectator pass to access Olympus after 5pm on Friday for the Player Party, but will need a spectator pass to access Olympus any other time during the event.

This event runs alongside the first DGPT stop of the year, Discraft Supreme Flight Open Presented by Florida's Adventure Coast, at the Olympus Disc Golf Course. Make sure to check out the action by purchasing discounted tickets through the Amateur event registration.

Hotel Info:
Block reserved at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brooksville West (352-597-4540):
Players can claim rooms in the block by calling and referencing the "Supreme Flight Open"
Must be booked no later than January 1!

Refund policy

Ledgestone is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

We will follow the PDGA's refund policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

January 28th is the last day to receive a full refund for the event, minus the $10 processing fee, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist. Refund requests between January 29th and February 12th receive a 50% refund unless the spot is immediately filled from someone on the current waitlist.

Players requesting a refund between February 13st and February 24th at 6PM eastern time will receive a 25% refund, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist.

Players requesting a refund after February 25th at 6PM eastern time, which is the published time for the close of registration, or players who do not check in, will not receive a refund or their players pack.

VIP passes and discounted spectator admission tickets are non refundable. Discs purchased through registration are non refundable and will be shipped after the event if a player drops.
