Spectators are allowed as long as they follow local rules. Caddies are not allowed

How are cards to be made up? I’m assuming we’ll have to put a card together?

You can put together a card, or if you dont have one, ill help you build one once you are there

So can two people of different divisions play on the same card?

yes, 3 to 5 players from all different divisions can play on the same card. The Flex means flexible. You still have to follow the rules, but you can play with who you want and anytime between the allotted time.
