There is no players meeting as it is a staggered start (cards teeing off from hole 1 at different times). However, when you check in and before you tee off, you can ask whatever questions you have there. They'll usually tell you what is out of bounds (fence or manually placed marker) and about the two meter rule (which even though I played during last two years, I can't really remember). This at least has been my experience as a Rec player. I can't oficially answer your 2nd question, but generally gates have opened 30 minutes before first tee.

Day two tee times will be determined by your score from day one. They will not be posted until all the scores are in. Also, the division stay in the same time frames from day today. So you'll know what the earliest tee times and latest tee times will be regardless.

Nothing to worry about Mike (as Mr. Barnett eluded to). Sun King is always awesome at giving all the information needed for their tourneys (especially TDTM which requires more information than other tourneys). Welcome to the tournament and to Rec! I've played the last two years and it is always a fun event even when I miss putt after putt after putt and lose my eyeglasses in the sawgrass (live and learn)!
