About this tournament

About the event
This is a one-round C-tier afternoon tournament for women and girls at Ellison Park Disc Golf Course in Rochester, NY. The layout will be modified for the tournament (i.e. some holes will have alternate tees to make shorter holes). We'll have games from 11-noon, then a potluck lunch, then player meeting and play! After the round there will be raffle, prizes and trophies. Each person will receive a free raffle ticket at registration, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
Thanks to a generous donation from the Greater Rochester Disc Golf Club, we are able to keep player costs to a minimum.
If you can't come early for games, the latest time to check in will be 12:30pm. So you have plenty of time to arrive no matter where you are coming from...
Whether you are trying out tournament play for the first time, or are a seasoned professional, we hope to see you there! This is a perfect "starter tournament" for women and girls who aren't sure if they want to play in a tournament or not - check it out in a low key fun environment.
The players pack contains a lightweight disc and more goodies. We will also have CTP prizes, game prizes, and a raffle!

Professional Payout
All net entry fees will be allocated to Professional Payout distributed via PayPal within 48 hours of the end of the event to the PayPal email provided during registration. There may be some added cash available to add to the pro payout - details closer to the event.
Amateur Net Entry Fee Breakdown
Amateur Player Pack
This is a "true amateur" event, meaning that amateurs will receive player packs of equal or higher value to their entry fee, with no merchandise "payout."
We will be using Live Scoring for this event and following the new 2024 PDGA rules for scoring. Can be found here https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/808. As all players will be required to keep score we will have paper score cards available for those unable to access live scoring.
