Thank you for registering to play in Summer Shorts at Munson tomorrow! The Dojo is glad to be back in North Texas and see new and familiar faces!
This email contains all of the needed info to compete in the tournament. Please review the items thoroughly as there will NOT be a player's meeting in the morning. If you have any questions please let me know.

Check In
All players must check in at Tournament Central to be considered present for the event. Please do so when arriving at the course. Am players will get their choice of any Custom Stamped Disc in our selection or a Disc Golf Dojo Shirt. Shirts are very limited this year and we be given out on a first come first serve basis. We have a new shirt order in production now and expect to have it in at most 4 weeks if you would prefer to wait for a shirt.
Schedule
This event will be a 2 round shotgun start tournament. ALL DIVISIONS will play the SHORT TEES BOTH ROUNDS
Player check in 7:20-7:45am
Round 1 will start at 8am
There will be a 1 hour lunch break after round 1.
Round 2 is expected to start between 11:30-12:30pm
Official Round 2 Start Time will be published at the conclusion of Round 1
Following round 2, payout will be awarded to the top finishers in each division.
There will be 2 short horn bursts to signal a 2 minute warning followed by a single extended horn burst to signal the start of each round. Any throws that follow the 2 minute warning will be considered practice throws and assessed a penalty stroke.
Starting Holes
Starting holes for round 1 will be published to the PDGA event page around 7:30am tomorrow to allow for last minute sign ups. Round 2 starting holes will be published along with the start time.
Live Scoring
We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event. One player from each card will keep score via pdga.com/score or the PDGA App using the code:MUNSONALL PLAYERS are required to keep a scorecard for the group. PDGA Live Scoring is a great system and is very easy for multiple players to use. UDisc is another good digital option and paper scorecards will be available for players as needed. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GROUP UNTIL SCORES ARE FINALIZED AND SUBMITTED VIA PDGA LIVE.
OB Rules
Traditional course OB rules apply and can be found on your PDGA Digital Scorecard during play. All roads, parking lot, concrete structures, fences, and beyond are OB. There is a painted and flagged line to the left of hole 11 that plays OB.
