Thanks for the detailed players' meeting video, it helped clarify a lot from the notes posted here earlier. One clarification: Are there actually no mandos on hole 8? Just wanted to verify to see if throwing to the left was an option, although it doesn't seem ideal as it would go over another teepad.

#2 Long position, OB left over fence railing, OB right in fenced off area.
#3 Long position, mando right of marked tree, OB left over fence line.
#4 Long position, mando left of marked tree, OB right over post line.
#5 Long position.
#6 Short left position.
#7 Long position, mando left of marked tree by #8 tee pad.
#8 Long position (on road), OB over right post line.
#9 Long position, OB over right post and fence line.
#10 Normal position, OB on or over gravel road to the left.
