Players Meeting: This will serve as your players meeting for the event.
All PDGA Rules are in effect.
Registration opens from 8:30 to 9:30. Round 1 begins at 10am. Each player must check in with me upon arrival. I will be set up on the porch of the house.
We do not have a porta jon. In an emergency players may use the bathroom at David's house ( tourament central) or my house ( Hole 8).
2 minute warning with a shotgon ( 2 blasts) 1 shot to start.
We are using LIVE SCORING -
http://www.pdga.com/score - Password: stoney. I suggest players log in to the WI-FI at house to enter players names to set up scoring.
WI-FI: Network - DavidSauls Password: October14. We will also have paper score cards that each group must use for a 2nd form of scoring. The paper card is official.
Layout is the Diamond layout - Black basket bands + Garnet holes 1 & 2 ( they are holes 19-20 on score card) After G2, walk up trail towards power lines to get to hole D1.
Drop zones are marked with Blue Flags. Holes 11, 12, 16 , 19 (G1) have drop zones. G1 dz has been moved close to the green. PDGA waivers have been approved.
Hole 16 - FA40, FA2, MA3 will all play short tee. If drives does not come to rest between pond and road, proceed to dz near power pole. Normal OB rules apply after 2nd throw.
Hole 16- All other divisions other than those listed above play Long tee. Same rules apply. if OB on drive, proceed to Short Tee/DZ. Normal OB rules apply after 2nd throw.
In the event of a rules dispute, please play a provisional. Course Rules attached.
We will organize random doubles after the round on the Garnet Layout for anyone interested. Will start as soon as awards are wrapped up. Should anyone have any questions, please call or text me at 803-917-8318.
