Here's a copy of the email I just sent out. Feel free to post any questions here. Cheers!

Hot lunch will be available!
We’re partnering with Andrew again, who will be serving up chili with fixings for lunch.
1. Pre-order by April 10 and save $1
2. To pre-order: send an Interac e-Transfer for $14 to [email redacted]
3. In the e-transfer message, you must include:
a. “Meat” OR “Veggie” option
b. Your name
4. Extra meals will be available to purchase at the tournament for $15
Ace pot
Entry costs $5, cash or e-transfer. Ace pot entries will be accepted until the start of the first round.
Player packs
Players packs can be picked up the day of the tournament at check-in. All amateurs receive a Stone’s Throw stamped umbrella and a custom stamped tournament disc from Innova. The discs are first come first serve, but we try to keep a variety of molds and weights available for all divisions.
ODSA membership
The top-3 finishers in each division will earn a bid to the Ontario Provincial Championship in Guelph. The winner of each division will also earn their ODSA club a point in the Ontario Club Championship.
You MUST be an ODSA member BEFORE teeing off to be eligible for a provincial bid, a club point, and the Pound Ace Hole. Sign up here:

PDGA scoring app
Each player must keep an independent scorecard, according to PDGA rules.
Best scoring method:
- The PDGA Live app (available for Apple and Android) or website at
www.pdga.com/score.
- The password for the PDGA Live app is: springopen
Alternatives:
- If needed, you can keep score using either paper or UDisc.
- You must submit your scorecard to the TD 30 minutes after your round, or you’ll be assessed a two-stroke penalty.
- Submit non-PDGA app scorecards to [email redacted].
- We’ll have paper scorecards available, but please bring your own writing utensil if paper is your plan.
Weather
Too early to be confident, but it’s looking pleasant! That said, spring weather can change quickly throughout the day, so come prepared for the outdoors.
Camping
- If you paid and won’t be camping (for whatever reason), please don’t hesitate to refund yourself on DGS.
- We have lots of space available to camp or park your vehicle, and last-minute decisions to stay on-site are welcome. You may pay once you arrive at the course with cash or e-transfer.
- If camping, enter the north parking lot and continue down the drive down the gravel path into the field on the right and set up within the designated camping area, unless otherwise approved by Cam. Contact Cam if you’re unsure.
- If you’re bringing a trailer or large camping vehicle, contact Cam at 613-447-8916 when you arrive.
Parking on tournament day
- First, fill the northern parking lot (next to the Stone’s Throw sign).
- Once this lot is full, park along the western edge of the road (same side of the road as the course) to keep the road open for traffic.
- Don’t park in the southern lot. It will be blocked off and used as Tournament Central.
See you next week!
