I registered Jesse Sitzman for this tournament but she was unable to get in off the wait list. I have not received a refund for her registration yet. I have also emailed the TD direclty a couple times but have not received a response yet. Can someone please update me on what's going on?

I got refunded the money to the wrong account. I got a new bank account and they just sent me an email about it now. The one you sent it to was closed.

I was number 12 on the wait list, why was I taking off the wait list and refunded the money when I didnt' even ask to be taken off? I hope it's a mistake, I was looking forward in playing this weekend.

Sorry randy it’s not a mistake I refunded the whole waitlist except the top ten because with the event being days away I don’t believe that more than 10 people will drop out being number twelve on the waitlist you would’ve needed 12 people to drop out in order for you to get in
