Stafford Flex is 1 round of 18 holes PDGA C-Tier event at Stafford Woods DGC in Voorhees, NJ Saturday 12/6/2025.

Tee Times can be found at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/96113 Please sign in 15-30 minutes before your tee time.

When you sign in, we will have a table set up with amateur player’s pack items. If you signed up for a players pack you will get one $8 item. We will have lots of discs to select from.

Each card must have everybody keeping score. One person must keep score via the PDGA website and the others any other way you want. We have paper scorecards.

We have set up layouts on the PDGA site. PDGA.comscores. Code will be provided at players meeting.

Hand sanitizer is available for your use before you touch any merchandise in the store.

Keep an eye on where you land. You only get 3 minutes to search for your disc before it is officially lost.

Two-meter rule is not in effect

Bring plenty of water; and this may be a good time for this year to wear sunscreen & bug spray.

The B.S. Bochantin Upshot store will be open all day. We accept Venmo, Paypal or Cash.

For Ace Pot, if someone hits an ace then they get the $120. If multiple people hit an ace, then they split the pot.

The standard course OB rules are all in play; see the scoring PDGA site for all those notes. Property line, pond, and white stakes/flags are OB.

The exact numbers will change but this will give you an idea of what to expect; if people drop from your division, then the payout will be less. Top ~40% of each amateur division will receive a store voucher; profession divisions will be paid out via paypal. Amateur prizes will be mailed to winner.

For those who would like to do our disc swap, the discs you want to trade in must be given to us before your round starts. We will value the discs while you play and you will receive a voucher that you can then spend at our store on site.

A Team Challenge event will be taking place as well on Saturday. I expect them to be using 8-10 holes at any given time throughout the day. They will be starting their first round at 9:30am. The flex will add 1-4 cards of players at any given time.
We will be monitoring where players are at to best determine if you start on hole 1 or 10 and likely once its your tee time may delay you to play after a particular group is finished.
Exact tee times will be published after 1pm Friday (after registration closes).
