Thank you for participating in this year’s Stadium Field Putting Party! Good turnout expected and looking forward to a great day, even if we’ve got some weather to deal with.

Tournament Central will be located at the home side concessions in the southwest corner of the stadium. Parking will be in the large rear parking lot at the north end of the stadium, then people can walk through the gate onto the track and over to Tournament Central. Please do not attempt to park inside the stadium.

Remember to bring food donations for mulligans if you wish, and cash for the raffle prizes. Lunch will be provided between rounds.

Also, we will be allowing registration during player check-in from 8:00 am to 9:00 am if you have a friend or relative that would like to play. We’ve got a few shirts leftover, so the more the merrier!

Player’s meeting will be at 9:00 am, target tee off for first round at 9:30 am.

100% of the proceeds will be used to purchase pet food and supplies to be donated to the Humane Society of Parkersburg, so help us once again contribute to a great cause!

Sign up by March 14 to guarantee you get your desired shirt size! After that, shirts will be on a first come first serve basis.

Lunch will be provided, including hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks, and other goodies.

Hole sponsorships are only $25 a hole, and we would love to fill these up. So whether you have a small business or individual you wish to recognize, we’d love to have you. Message us if you’re interested in a sponsorship and have any questions.
