Why not make it PDGA sanctioned?

We're trying to have non-sanctioned tournaments as well as sanctioned each month. Having non-sanctioned events means we don't have to pay the PDGA, people don't have to follow all the strict rules, there's no required added-cash, and non PDGA members don't have to pay the $10 fee.
