Raffle
We hope you are having a good time at the player party! We will be drawing the raffle tonight. Here is a link to the digital raffle numbers. We'll keep that updated up until the drawing (approximately 8:15 PM) and we will stream the drawing live on our Facebook group.
If you are not present tonight, raffle prizes will be available for pick up tomorrow (Sunday) at the voucher redemption (at the Logan Pavilion).

Awards and Payout
Professional players will be paid via PayPal to your registration email (unless otherwise notified) following the tournament while amateur players will be paid in St. Louis Disc Golf Club vouchers. These vouchers and the St. Louis Disc Golf Club inventory (where they can be redeemed) will be available tomorrow at the Logan pavilion (same as the player party - park here and walk across the field). We'll be writing vouchers there on site as the divisions finish up. All trophies will be at your finishing courses and projected payouts can be found here. All divisions have a 1st place trophy (Unique for MPO/FPO and an MVP Black Hole Mini with a plaque for all other divisions) and if you have 3+ competitors in your division, there are 2nd and 3rd place trophies as well.

Won Your Card
Tomorrow for round 2, we will have Won Your Card discs from Gateway for all amateur cards going out! If you win your card (including ties), you can claim your disc at the player party Saturday night (at the Logan pavilion).

Course Rules
When checking in to your course, all tournament centrals are located near hole 1 of the course - there will be a player meeting there roughly 5 minutes before your tee time (it is required to attend).
Reminder that as soon as the first card tees off, the whole course is closed. The course is closed until the last card finishes. When the course is closed, you will need to warm up off of the course. This can be at the practice basket, throwing net, or an open space near, but not on, the course.

Player Party
When and Where: Tomorrow (Saturday) night we have an awesome player's party lined up for you! This will take place at the Logan pavilion from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM. You can park here and then walk across the field to get to the pavilion. If you'd like to bring your own lawn chair or picnic blanket, that is encouraged! Guests are also welcome to join in at the party.

Food and Drinks: We'll have food on site for purchase from Grill Master Tony's and plenty of refreshments available for free (be sure to thank 4 Hands for the beer donation!).

Putting Competition: The 4 Hands Putting League will be hosting a putting competition at the player party. Free to play with cash payouts to win! $300 provided by the STLDGC, split across three divisions: Pro, Amatuer & Women's. Come see who can make the most consecutive pressure tester putts!

Flymart: We also have a massive lineup for the flymart! We'll be out there with STLDGC inventory (where you can spend vouchers and we'll have previous vouchers) but we also have Ledgestone Pro Shop, Gateway, Logan University, Local Line Apparel, Dakine Disc Dyes, Route 66 Discs, All Night Innovations, Mr. E Dyes, and more!

Lost and Found: Lost and found from all courses will be set up at the pavilion during the player party.

Raffle: Finally, we will be doing the STLO raffle drawing during the player's party. This is a digital raffle so you will be assigned a range of numbers from which we will use random.org to randomly choose numbers for the winners. There is a spreadsheet shared with the course guides here. You do not have to be present to win the raffle and we will stream the drawing live on our Facebook group (feel free to join). You can purchase raffle at your course tomorrow, during the player party, or digitally now: PayPal ([email redacted]) with the memo "STLO Pancakes" - please do not include "raffle" in the memo. (1/$1, 6/$5, 13/$10, 30/$20)

Throw For More Fundraiser
A quick reminder that the Throw for More fundraising event is tomorrow! Udisc has pledged to donate $0.10 to the Paul McBeth Foundation for every round logged in their app on Saturday, September 20th, so we encourage you to also record your round in Udisc and help raise funds to expand disc golf access in underserved communities.

Please remember to charge your phone tonight as everyone needs to keep score through PDGA (we'll also have paper scorecards if needed).
IMPORTANT! Please check in with your TD at least 5 minutes before your tee time. If you do not, you will be stroked.

Course Rules Reminder
Please do not park in the grass at Logan, you will be towed! Also, please do not get in the lakes at Logan to retrieve your discs - we will be hiring a diver to do this for you!
For those of you playing Logan, the STLO plays the course in a different order in which Logan is normally played. You will be playing the normal course holes in this order: 13-18, 2-9, 1, 10-12. Please keep this in mind while progressing through your round. There are tee signs there that have the correct tournament hole on them as well. Link to Logan course hole 13 (tournament hole 1). Please review the "Logan Map and Info" file that is with the course guides for more information.

Volunteers - TDs and Spotters
All volunteers will be wearing BRIGHT BLUE shirts specifically noting them as such all weekend. Again, please thank them and treat them with kindness as this tournament wouldn't be possible without them. Remember that the spotters are there to assist with last-in-bounds, course rule questions, course flow, and safety. Ultimately though, it is up to your card to make rule calls. If there is a questionable rule call, play a provisional and discuss as a group with the TD after you finish your round.

Amatuer Player Packs
If you cannot not make it to check in tonight (ends at 9 PM), you can pick up your player pack Saturday at the player party or Sunday at voucher redemption (both at Logan).

Good morning St. Louis Open Competitors!

First of all thank you so very much for signing up to compete in the 20th Annual St. Louis Open! We're excited to host you for our largest event of the year. This is a lengthy email but be sure to read through all of it as it contains a ton for relevant information.

Sanctioned Practice Round
Thursday All Day Flex PDGA League at Willmore

Check-In (Player Pack Pickup)
Check-in will be tonight, Thursday, hosted at 4 Hands Brewery (1220 S 8th St, St. Louis, MO 63104) from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (this is at the 4 Hands in St. Louis downtown). For player pack pickup, we will be set up outside in the parking lot and it will be a drive through process.The drive through starts at the link provided for 4 Hands. Drive through our check-in to get your player pack, and then you can grab yourself a parking spot to enjoy a cold beverage with friends. Check-in is not necessary for professional players, but you are more than welcome to join in on the fun! Amateurs, if you cannot make it to check in, you can pick up your player packs Saturday night at the player party or Sunday at voucher redemption (more below for both). You may also reply to this email with an authorized party that can pick up your player pack for you (please do this sooner rather than later).

Tee Times
Tee times all weekend will start at 8:30 AM and the larger pools will run until about 1:30 PM. The first pass at Friday tee times are posted on the PDGA page. Between now and Friday morning, it's possible there will be some shifting but we'll send out an email later this evening to confirm the tee times are finalized (of course, it never hurts to check in the morning as well). Remember that per the PDGA rules
, you must check in with your TD no less than 5 minutes prior to your tee time and if you are not there in time, you can be penalized with two penalty throws.

Course Rules
- Logan: Please do not park on the grass or go into the lakes to retrieve discs. These are rules that Logan's security team will enforce (cars will be towed if parked on grass). We will be scheduling a diver to gather the discs in the water after the STLO - all discs found will be posted (Facebook) and inked discs will be contacted (make sure to put your phone number on them).
- Carrollton: We will be blocking off the road that runs between holes 1, 9, and 10. This is to prevent cars being in the way or being hit by discs. Please do not park on this road. The Natural Bridge exit off of Highway 70 was closed today (Thursday) so please give yourself extra time to commute to Carrollton.
- For all courses, once the first card tees off at 8:30 AM, the whole course is closed. During this time, you will need to warm up off of the course. This can be at the practice basket, throwing net, or open space near, but not on, the course.
- Course Guides - This is a Google Drive link where we will keep the most up-to-date and accurate course guides (also attached a PDF of the current version), these are also included here along with some other helpful documents.

Player Party and Raffle
We'll be hosting a player party on Saturday night from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM at Logan where we'll have music, food, beverages, a flymart with a ton of vendors, and we'll hold the STLO raffle drawing. The 4 Hands Putting League will also be hosting a putting competition during the party - it is free to play with cash payouts to win ($300 provided by the STLDGC, split across three divisions: Professional, Amateur, and Women's)!

Volunteers, Sponsors, and Coverage

- Lead card of MPO will have post-produced Crew 42 coverage so be on the lookout for it!
