Is there a payout schedule for this tourney? What should we expect for each of the divisions?

100% payout minus $2 pdga fee and $2 admin fee. Paying top 40% Pros and top 45% Ams.

No you do not have to be a member as this is a c tier tourney.

Will there be a CTP for ace pot if no ace is hit?

No, it will rollover month to month. I'll be running a flex start every month at a different course. If I ever decide to stop running these then yes I would ctp the ace pot
