So76 layout for Saturday 7/6.
Rounds 1&2 will be on the current layout for holes 1-18. OB rules for any pavement/asphalt (road/parking lot/ bridge, creek, and beyond). For instance on hole 1 there is the road on the right side. If you land on the road, or go across and land in the woods, you are OB and you take a new lie at your last in-bound position with a 1 stroke penalty.
Rounds 3&4, we will play the alternate pins for holes 4, 6, 15, & 16. I marked them with a red & blue stick so you can find them for now. The baskets will be moved at halftime.
Hole 19a (rd 1) is from the walking path next to the creek (has a stone bench) to the basket position straight ahead (260’). Tee marked with flags. Basket position marked with a red and blue stick approximately 8’ from the walking path. Path/bridge/creek and beyond is OB.
Hole 19b (rd 2) is the two flags marked farther back from 19a. 300’. Same basket/OB.
Hole 19c (rd 3) is the three flags marked to the right of the field from 19a/b. 200’. Same basket/OB
Hole 19d (rd 4) is farther back from 19c near the back parking lot. Tee marked with flags. This hole has a double mando to get out of the hallway of trees. The two trees nearest the 3 boulders on either side before getting out into the field are the two mandos. Currently marked with flags, but I’ll mark Saturday with tape/ribbon. The basket for this hole will be straight ahead in front of the 3 birch trees 210’ Different basket location than rounds 1-3! Basket position marked with red and blue stick. If you miss the mandos, DZ is marked at the three boulders, throw from there with 1 stroke penalty.
Holes 19a-d will each have a tee sign so there’s no confusion, or hopefully less confusion.
