What is the Spike Hyzer layout?

Spike Hyzer layout is clarified on the tee signs. The signs will say "Spike Hyzer Layout' and play from the Gold tees to the gold baskets. In some cases 1 basket may apply to both tees, in this case the basket will be yellow and orange. Trust me, it will make sense when you see it.

Quick question, are both rounds of Sunset off the golds?
Second question, how is OB at Farmington played? Will there be flags or surrounded by water is OB or are creeks casual?
