Dear Golfers:


Although John Schneider has assured me the Jay's are going to win in 6, I like to be prepared. 


In the event the Jay's do need a 7th game to clinch the World Series Championship title, I'm prepared to move the event. Please respond with your preferred statement ASAP:


I am available and would prefer Sunday, November 2nd for the same time slot and able to attend. 


I am available and would prefer Saturday, November 8th for the same time slot and able to attend. 


Baseball what? It's November 1st or nothing. The event must go on. 


Although MVP states you need to compete to receive the discs, given the possibility of moving the event (to what works for the majority) I can input a score for you, if needed. Sometimes, there just needs to be exceptions.


Please add me to your socials, keep an eye on the event page and your email for updates as changes won't be confirmed until late on Friday night.


Thanks for your support and enthusiasm for this event, and respecting the life long Jay's (and Dodgers ugh...) fans dreams.

There are a few players I've contacted by email regarding division changes. Please check your spam and junk folders and add [email redacted] to your safe contact list for more event updates.

Although ratings are not the "be all and end all" of a player, the Space Race is a unique event as many of the amateur players are brand new to the game and most are competing for their first time. I have left options open to players to make changes now that ratings have updated this month, or I can also make the adjustment for you.

DIVISION GUIDE:
Mixed Advanced: MPO, MA1, MA2 players (a player exceeding or near an 800 PDGA rating)
Mixed Amateur: MA3, MA4, new players (a player below an 800 PDGA rating)

I know this division breakdown is not typical to PDGA sanctioned events, but I felt it was a good dividing line for this event.

Nov 1 can't come fast enough, I'm looking forward to spending a fun evening with all of you. Further updates to come via email next week.

For those local to the course or looking to practice, I have requested the basket layout be changed to meet my event specifications and I have a layout in Udisc all ready to post as active once that is completed.
