Scoring
Scoring for the event will be through PDGA Live, and per PDGA rules all members on a card must keep score. I recommend downloading the PDGA Live app (
https://www.pdga.com/pdga-live-app). Once in the app or on the website (pdga.com/score) you will need an access code to start a card.
PDGA Live Access Code: smash25
Please follow all PDGA rules and be helpful to those on your card.
Out of Bounds
All water, pathways, sidewalks, roadways and parking lots play as out of bounds from their inmost edge, so anything fully on or beyond is considered OB. a meter relief can be taken perpendicularly from the point of crossing OB (determined by card). There is a mandatory on hole #4 that, if missed, proceeds to a drop zone adjacent to the mandatory. water on holes 14 and 15 play by standard PDGA rules. any instance of OB off the tee shot of hole 16 shall proceed to a drop zone on the path to the west of the tee (indicated with flashers). all subsequent shots on hole 16 resulting in OB will follow standard procedure.
If there is a debate regarding OB, please call a provisional and sort out with a tournament director after the round.
Lunch
Lunch will last 1 hour from the conclusion of the final card in round 1. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes of the course. Freshly baked cookies will be available at tournament central to remove any negative vibes brought on by missed putts or shanked drives. An email with round 2 start time will go out to you at the start of lunch break.
