Here is a summary with some of the important highlights from the meeting. I strongly encourage everyone to watch the video for all the details, however, as there's good stuff to know there.

TIME/LOCATION
First round start will be 9:00AM. Check-in will run from 7:50AM to 8:50AM. Cleveland Lake check-in will be located by Hole 1 tee, Recreation Park will be located by Hole 10 tee. Your starting course and hole is live on the PDGA page. All players will switch to the opposite course for round 2, which will start roughly an hour after the end of round 1. You will not need to check-in for round 2.
PARKING
Parking at Cleveland Lake can be found at the elementary school lot on the north side of the course- the course parking lot is very small and not open to players.
SCORING
All official scoring will be done on the PDGA web app, accessible at pdga.com/score. The access code is south71. Backup scores should be done on UDisc where at all possible. We recommend that everyone download this app if they haven't already, as it will be a useful tool for navigating the courses as well. Paper scorecards will be available on request.
All OB/layout info is on the PDGA app for each hole, you can tap the info to expand it if the information is cut off.
Remember that if a cardmate is a no-show, they are to be assigned 4 over par for each hole that they miss.
WEATHER
We may have some rain, which we intend to play through. Lightning will delay the round in accordance with PDGA rules. The courses will likely be wet, we do ask that everyone be as gentle to them as possible, while still playing to the best of their abilities. The grass may be a little shaggy, as the wetness will likely prevent the cities from mowing.
BATHROOMS
Cleveland Lake bathrooms will be located by tournament central, beside hole 1's tee and hole 12's tee. Recreation Park bathrooms can be found at the central of the baseball fields near hole 9's teepad and additionally located beside hole 13's teepad on the east side of the course.
CASUAL RELIEF
ALL WATER IS CASUAL RELIEF UNLESS SPECIFIED AS OB. I am slightly unclear in the video, but that is all you need to know. There may also be a spot of barbed wire around hole 13 that a very unlucky shot could land in. This will also be provided relief. Remember that casual relief allows you to move your lie in a straight line back from the basket until you come to a playable spot. You may not progress further than that in casual relief. All water is casual unless specified otherwise.
PAYOUTS+TROPHIES+PRIZES
All divisions will receive a trophy for first place. Please stop by tourney central at your second round course to receive yours.
All CTP prizes will be available at the end of the day at their respective courses. Later pickups can be arranged. Hawaiian Bros gift card winners will be drawn before the event and will be waiting for the winners at check-in.
Pro payouts will be performed via PayPal by default. If you wish to receive a check payout, please let me know by noon on Friday at the latest if possible- I can not guarantee having those available after then.
Am payouts will be provided in the form of store credit at Truly Unique DG store in Belton, MO. That credit should be available shortly after the end of the last round.
