Okay sorry for the late post had an unexpected appointment today. Here is the link to the Google sheet. I will be on the road by hole 2 working the gate tomorrow. If you choose to park in the course please make sure you park in a place not in play on the course. Also if you do YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL ALL PLAYERS ARE FINISHED BEFORE DRIVING OUT OF THE PARK. What ended up being the verdict on spectators/caddies? Earlier in the thread you said groups have to stay small, but is there any leeway? Thanks.

Please just keep your groups small and keep distance among yourselves. Remember all caddies are a direct reflection of the player

It says on or over road is OB. Does the disc have to be surrounded by road or just touching?

Look for a post tonight once we finalize the board. With Covid we will ask you go directly to your starting hole. We will be in the main parking lot over the green bridge. No we can only fill in certain divisions at this point. One FA player and MA40 is available as of right now. All other player will only move in based on a player dropping out.

UPDATE:
The Google Sheet has been updated with course info. It is not looking good to have the pads in before the event so I painted the pads on the street. They should all move about straight over to make sure you have a clean line. Look for white corners. Please use caution if you are practicing before the event. The roads will be closed for the event. Pins on 1 and 11 will move to long placement. I will try to do that early next week. Hole 4 will throw from the amphitheater and 6 from the sh ...

Yes I'll post the full list this Friday. I have a meeting with the city about tee pads. I'll also mark the streets incase we can't get pads in before the event.

unfortunately no. With a B we want all matching baskets for this event and we only have the 20 to use. We will fill where we can still and there is a few players who have been promoted and have not paid so look for movement from that as well if things dont change. Sorry

Will we be playing both tee positions for both rounds? Holes #1, #2 and #17 have two tee's.

No. Depending on division and time. The roads will be closed to the park for this event. The hopes is to have Tee pads in before the event but if not we will move pads to the streets where we can. For holes with 2 pads we will announce which division plays what pads when we know a little more.
