Daryle, no they are not. No OB white stakes

Anthony Austin    March 22, 2022 at 1:05pm

Only two holes have multiple baskets in the ground. This is hole 3 that has two baskets on top of one another which you will play to the top basket. Also hole 5 which has a longer basket to left and short basket to right which you will be playing to the longer basket to the left. For all other holes ... more

I believe most holes that had multiple pin placements now have 2 permanent baskets.

Brian Bochantin   March 25, 2022 at 2:13pm

UPDATE: For the layout we will be throwing to all BLUE baskets. This does mean on holes 7 & 12 you will be throwing to the shorter basket. FYI, Holes 1,3,5,7,8,12,14,15,17,18 have two baskets.

Out of curiosity, Will this event be one rated round of 18 or will the final 9 be included as well?

Brian Bochantin   March 21, 2022 at 8:13pm

final 9 is not rated. Total strokes for the 27 holes used to determine placement for prizes.

Brian Bochantin    March 20, 2022 at 6:04pm

The B.S. Bochantin store will be set up this weekend at Stafford this Sunday from about 9am till about 3pm.
For those playing who would like to trade in unwanted discs we must have your discs before your round so we can value them as you play. For those not in the tournament please trade in after 10am.
Every PDGA legal disc you swap in will be valued $1 to $10 and you will receive a script card that can be spent on any BS Upshot merchandise.
Due to a massive influx of used Innova discs please expect $1 for Shark, Leopard, Teebird, Beast, Wraith, Katana & Groove

Are the divisions going to be reinstated for the tournament?

Brian Bochantin   March 13, 2022 at 6:29pm

This has always been a one division event.

After much deliberation with several people and seeing the snow amounts we are moving the event date to Sunday 3/27.

For those who asked for a refund and I already processed the refund they are not part of this email.

For those who asked for a refund or withdraw that I have not processed yet I am ignoring that request.

Here are your options:
1) Do nothing and stay registered to the new event date
2) Request a refund with players pack. We will mail you the chosen players pack disc and ... more

Going to be cold with the wind but chance of snow is going down.

Brian Bochantin    January 26, 2022 at 11:28am

I follow several different weather models and Saturdays forecast ranges from
High 24 degrees, 20mph winds, real feel 9 degrees, Snow starting Friday late into morning 1 inch
to
High 25 degrees, 22mph winds with gusts up to 40 mph, real feel 9 degrees, Snow all day up to 5 inches, white out conditions possible.

NJ state of emergency, Camden county closes roads,Voorhees Township closes roads or Woodpeckers tell us to close. These are the only things that will cancel the event.

Ribbons are allowed

You picked a good name for the event.

James Schubert   January 26, 2022 at 10:41pm

Erik D is the man for the most updated information.

Daryle Bokolas    January 25, 2022 at 1:21am

Hey Brian I’m just curious if the 40% field cut applies to amount of players who are registered at the time of registration cutoff or the actual amount of players that start round 1?

Brian Bochantin   January 25, 2022 at 2:30am

At least 40% of people playing.

Erik Dienemann    January 24, 2022 at 10:07pm

Decent chance of a significant snowstorm for the entire area, including Stafford, starting late Friday and going through Sat pm. Good luck...

Standard OB?

Brian Bochantin   January 22, 2022 at 9:28am

Mostly yes. May or may not us white stake OB in field holes depending on snow on ground or not.

Joseph Ax    January 21, 2022 at 6:05pm

Hi Brian - I assume it will be the normal long tee on 6 and not the new gold one?

Brian Bochantin   January 21, 2022 at 6:08pm

Correct

Shane Nugent    January 19, 2022 at 11:04pm

Is there a waitlist?

Brian Bochantin   January 20, 2022 at 12:08am

People have gone onto wait list, then someone drops and people get off of wait list. Currently zero people on wait list.

Shane Nugent   January 20, 2022 at 11:28pm

Ok, that must be why I didn’t see one. Thank you.

Daryle Bokolas    December 21, 2021 at 3:45pm

Hey Brian is this tournament going to be from long or short tees? Perhaps a mix of both?

Brian Bochantin   December 21, 2021 at 4:12pm

Standard long tees as this event is for WHITE level players.
