Thank you for registering for the 10th Annual HANK WIDE OPEN! There are a few things that I want to go over with you before tomorrow, please read this email in its entirety.

IMPORTANT
Check-in is between 7:30am – 8:45am at the pavilion, this is where we will be set up for the day. We will give AMs their 2026 Hank Wide Open stamped DISCRAFT disc designed by Chad Wolford and you can add any add-ons that you would like at this time. If you purchased a SA/GF Bag Tag during registration, we will give you that during check in. Once you check in you can go to your starting hole at any time, all players including PRO need to check in. We will sound the 2-minute warning at 8:58 so make sure you are at your hole ready to go before then.
--If you are entering the Stache contest let us know during check-on so we can take your picture for the voting post!
Round 1 MPO, MP40 and MA1 will play BLUES, everyone else plays REDS
Round 2 Everyone plays REDS

Since we will be utilizing live scoring for this event, have your phone fully charged when you arrive. www.pdga.com/score or use the PDGA LIVE App. The code is Hank. All players must keep score.

We will also have the raffle items on display all day and you can buy tickets anytime during the day. We will do the drawing after we do payouts after round 2. If you pre-purchased raffle tickets they are already in the bin with your assigned # on them. Raffle tickets are 1-$2, 6-$10, 13-$20.
If you bought into the ACE POOL, it is currently at $70
The 50/50 cash CTP is currently at $84 so the winner would get $42, this will be paid out to the PayPal email that you registered with. Ace pool, DIV CTP, and 50/50 can be added on morning of, see a TD during check in.
Divisional CTPs (if you bought in) are all ROUND 1 (you can add during check-in)
BLUE TEE CTPs will be 2nd shot CTPs; ALL RED TEE CTPs will be normal tee shot CTPs.

After round 1 we will have a 1-hour break after last card finishes for lunch. All communication will be sent out via email.

Weather for tomorrow: Mostly Cloudy with a high of 84. There is a chance for rain tomorrow so come prepared. If we have to stop play for any pop-up thunderstorms, we will blast the horn 3 short times, mark you lie and take shelter and we ill send updates via email and PDGA live scoring app/site.
We will have water at tournament central and on holes 6 and 12.
