In this field you can choose a private room for yourself for an additional cost or a shared queen private room with one other person (no additional cost). We do our best to place you in a cabin and room suitable to your needs! Let us know in the comments who you want to be in a cabin with!
Alders Beach Resort Requires at least 1 CC per Cabin from someone staying there. After your cabin group has been assigned one person must call Alder's Beach Resort and give them their credit card number to have on file in case of damage. Priority cabins will be given to those who are willing.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy Refund & Cancellation Policy • A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations. • If the event does not fill but still runs (minimum 60 participants): • Full refunds minus the $50 fee are available for cancellations requested before April 15th, 2026. • 50% refunds are available for cancellations requested between April 15th and May 1st, 2026. • If the event is canceled due to insufficient numbers, full refunds will be issued. • This is an at-cost event with a tight budget- we have decided to run even if we don’t hit our minimum of 60 participants for break even costing. • No refunds will be issued after May 1st, 2026, unless your spot can be filled by someone on the waitlist.
